Micronetics Wireless new
mini-noise diodes are tiny
enough to fit inside even the
smallest electronic circuit
boards. The ST-1 diode, with
its high output power, is ideal
for dithering circuits used in
A/D converters, as well as
random word generation.
The ST-2 is designed for built-
in sensitivity checking on
transceivers, filters, amplifiers
or any other component in the
RF pathway.
All models combine high out-
put power with the small size
and low cost required for
manufacturing in high vol-
umes.

(2) Flatness vs Frequency varies with bias current. Devices are typically
flat within the specification at the maximum current level specified.
Higher levels of ENR can be generated at the lower frequencies over
narrow bandwidths by reducing the current level, however, broadband
flatness will be compromised.
